# Perme

### "Perme" is a web3 data protocol that ensures users have ownership of their data, such as profiles, content, and behavioral data, by utilizing DID (decentralized identifiers) and PDS (personal data stores) based blockchain storage, and supports easy circulation and transactions of data under their own sovereignty.
